Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder is the professionally-known name given to Winona Laura Hoowitz. She was who was born within Winona Minnesota. Her parents named her Winona in honor of her hometown. Michel Horowitz was her father and Cynthia Palmer, his mother was both an author as well as editors. Ryder is a Jew. Ryder believes that her father had a Jewish origin. She has a younger brother Uria and half-siblings Jubal and Sunyata. In the year Ryder was only seven her family relocated from Mendocino County, California. Mendocino County California. There wasn't electricity. There was no television books was her only source of entertainment to spend the time and she was a voracious reader. Ryder was 12 when she was enrolled in the American Conservatory Theatre for acting classes in the year 1983. Ryder landed her first film role on the big screen in 1986 when she was 15 years old. Ryder was bullied in her high school. She thought that by becoming an actor, her behavior would be changed. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. But she continued to pursue her goal. Her breakthrough came in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in 1988. Ryder continued to be successful in her characters in numerous films. In 1993, Ryder was in the running twice for Academy Awards.
